·       We would like to assure you that we take the safety of our team and our guests very seriously and have spent a lot of time putting protective measures in place to best protect against the spread of covid-19.

·       ensured physical distancing is maintained with separate, outside entry to each room 

·       implemented contactless check-in and welcome procedures

·       maintained our very high existing standards of cleanliness and sanitation, with increased cleaning and disinfection protocols that meet or exceed those recommended by the BC CDC (including steam cleaning carpets, soft furnishings, full disinfection between guests and the use of a UV germicide light that is used after each guest.

·       conducted a chemical and cleaning supplies audit to ensure the best products are being used

·       removed items from guest rooms that cannot be disinfected between uses 

·       adapted service procedures to ensure that our team do not enter guest rooms during guest stays (therefore housekeeping services are not provided during the stay however fresh linens, amenity refills + garbage removal can be provided contactlessly)

·       ensured our team have access to PPE, hand wash stations and hand sanitizer

 As well as those noted above, we have taken many more additional steps to protect the health and safety of our team and ours guests, whilst still offering a unique and memorable experience.
